Tayo has worked with some of the world’s leading Creative Advertising, Broadcast and Media organisations (including BBH, BBC Worldwide, IMG, WPP and Harper Collins).

Her career has seen her manage responsibilities across EMEA, USA, APac, and LatAm, demonstrating strong cultural competency in her leadership approach. Her expertise includes establishing HR functions from scratch for both start-up offices and new overseas locations of established businesses, as well as crafting and implementing HR strategies, providing guidance to C-Suite Executives, Founders and Leadership Teams. Her extensive generalist experience extends to Talent Management, Culture and Engagement, Employee Relations, Change Management, Global Mobility and the DEI space.
