our PROMISE

We have made a financial and social commitment to support Radical Recruit. We will provide financial support, coaching and guidance to help an incredible person’s journey into work. We also commit to volunteer hours to work with the wider community of Radicals.

About Radical recruit

Radical Recruit is a dynamic and impactful recruitment charity with a mission to empower individuals facing significant employment barriers—whom they call their ‘Radicals.’ By offering in-depth employability coaching and support, Radical helps these individuals secure roles that align with their skills and experiences, ensuring they receive fair, market-rate salaries and opportunities for career progression. In addition to candidate support, Radical provides a range of advisory, training, recruitment, and post-placement services to employers, fostering inclusive and supportive work environments where their Radicals can truly thrive.

their impact

Founded in October 2019 by Emma and her mother Jude, who now serves as one of the six Trustees governing the charity, Radical has made over 670 successful placements to date. Originally established as a Community Interest Company (CIC), Radical transitioned into a charity in March 2023 to deepen its commitment to those furthest from the labour market, including individuals with criminal convictions, those experiencing homelessness, and care leavers. Supported by a dedicated team and an army of over 600 volunteers, Radical continues to create meaningful change for those often overlooked by traditional recruitment agencies.

our motivation

We chose to partner with Radical Recruit because we believe in creating opportunities for everyone, regardless of their background or the obstacles they’ve faced. As a company committed to “driving performance through people,” we know that real impact comes from supporting all people.

Radical Recruit’s mission to empower those often overlooked, to get them into work and out of poverty is something we can truly support, beyond just financially. We’re not ticking a box; we’re investing in real change.
